End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and LWSIPL Apps ("we", "our", or "us") governing your use of our Android applications ("Application").

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Application.

1. License Grant

LWSIPL Apps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application on devices you own or control for personal and lawful use. This license does not transfer ownership of the Application or intellectual property rights.

2. Ownership

The Application and all related content including source code, design, graphics, icons, logos, trademarks, and documentation remain the exclusive property of LWSIPL Apps. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application except where allowed by law.
• Do not modify or create derivative works.
• Do not remove copyright or proprietary notices.
• Do not redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the Application without permission.
• Do not use the Application unlawfully.

4. Launcher Functionality

The Application provides launcher features such as home screen customization, widgets, wallpapers, and app management. Permissions are used only to provide these features.

5. Third-Party Services

• Google Play Services
• Google AdMob
• OpenWeather

These services operate under their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their content or availability.

6. Updates

We may release updates, bug fixes, and improvements. Some updates may be required for continued use.

7. Advertising

Some versions may display ads via Google AdMob. We are not responsible for third-party ad content or accuracy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages including data loss, business interruption, or device issues. Your sole remedy is to stop using the Application.

10. User Responsibility

• Maintain backups of your data.
• Use the Application legally.
• Review permissions before granting them.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Termination

This Agreement remains effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you violate any terms. You must uninstall the Application upon termination.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.

14. Severability

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

15. Changes to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Application means acceptance of changes.
